Stain Removal Guide

I do not like to make-believe to know a lot about grease stain removal, but there is one thing that I know for certain and that is that grease stain removal is no painless task. As an example, the other day I thought I would take apart the carburetor from my 1964 Mustang, because there was a part in there that was sticking. It was Sunday and I was still in my church clothes. If I were a 'normal' man, I probably would have changed out of my Sunday bests, before I started to take apart greasy car parts; but hindsight has 20/20 vision.

My spouse is usually here to remind me that it was not a good idea to be working on my car in my church clothes, but she had gone to her sister's baby shower that afternoon ( I was asked if I wanted to go, but given the choice between a baby shower and working on my car, well it was a no brainier).

I could be forgiven for my forgetting to change. You see, it was Sunday after all, I was done with church and the missus was away for the afternoon, leaving me in peace to do some much needed tinkering on my Mustang. I was caught in a moment of excitement, hey it happens.

I also clean forgot about the rule the missus had about me bringing my car parts to the kitchen table to work on them. But, in my defence, the kitchen is where the good light is, and I needed a good light source to find what was jamming up the carb. I will never forget the look on my poor wife's face she strolled in and found me and the kitchen table covered in grease, still in my church clothes. I never even figured out what was making that carb stick, but anyway now I got bigger problems since my wife told me that I better become an expert on grease stain removal fast or otherwise she is signing me as a server for the Church's monthly pancake social.
